Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Pulse Stats 360 ("the App"), developed by Dmitry Kalinin ("we", "us"), handles information when a club, coach, or player uses it on iOS and Android, and via the companion coach web dashboard.
Unlike a purely offline app, Pulse Stats 360 does collect and store data — because its entire purpose is to help a coach track a team's wellbeing over time. This page explains exactly what is collected, who can see it, and what control you have over it.
Who This App Is For
Pulse Stats 360 is used by football clubs and academies. Players join with a 5-digit code provided by their coach — there is no public sign-up, no password, and no email required to use the App.
Information We Collect
Player records: a player's name and team, associated with their join code.
Survey answers ("app activity"): responses to the post-training check-in — subjective load (RPE), self-assessment, sleep quality, physical condition, and any other questions the coach configures.
Physical test results, when a coach records them: sprint, jump, YOYO, and similar tests, entered via the web dashboard.
A device identifier, used only to deliver push notification reminders to complete the survey.
We do not collect location, contacts, photos, or payment information, and the App does not request access to the camera or microphone.
Who Can See This Data
A player's survey answers and test results are visible only to the coach(es) of that player's own team, through the separate web dashboard. Players cannot see other players' individual data. We do not sell data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
How We Use This Data
Data is used solely to show the coach team-wide load trends, per-player history, and physical test comparisons over time, and to remind players to complete their check-in. It is not used for advertising, and it is not used to profile players for any purpose beyond training-load monitoring by their own coach.
Third-Party Services and Analytics
The App does not integrate advertising SDKs or third-party analytics/tracking services. Push notifications are delivered through the standard Apple/Google platform notification services, which is required for any app that sends notifications.
Data Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) between the App, the web dashboard, and our servers. Access to the coach dashboard is scoped to that coach's own team.
Children's Privacy
Some players using Pulse Stats 360 are minors, using the App under the supervision of their club or coach as part of organized training. Clubs and coaches are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate parental/guardian consent required by their local regulations before enrolling a minor. A parent or guardian who believes their child's data was added without appropriate consent can contact us using the details below to request its removal.
Your Choices and Control
You can request deletion of a player's data at any time by contacting us, or by asking the player's coach to remove them from the team roster. Notification reminders can be turned off in your device's notification settings at any time.
International Users (GDPR, CCPA, and Similar Laws)
If you are located in the EU/UK, California, or another jurisdiction with its own data protection law, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us using the details below to exercise these rights; we will respond within the timeframe required by the applicable law.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, we will update this page and change the "Last updated" date above.
